How long does shipping take? +
Because our pieces are made to order, orders are typically processed within a few business days before shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within the timeframe listed on the product page.
Are your products made to order? +
Yes. Our products are made to order in our Las Vegas studio. This allows us to produce each piece with care while reducing unnecessary waste.
Do you offer free shipping? +
We offer free shipping on qualifying U.S. orders. Any applicable shipping thresholds or promotions will be shown at checkout or noted on the site.
Where do you ship from? +
All orders are designed, produced, assembled, and shipped from our studio in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Do you ship internationally? +
International shipping availability may vary depending on the product and destination. If you have a question about shipping to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

Returns

What is your return policy? +
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Are any items final sale? +
Certain limited, made-to-order, custom, or discounted items may be final sale. If an item is final sale, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
How do I start a return? +
To request a return, please email us at creoart3d@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
When will I receive my refund? +
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Damaged or Lost Orders

What if my order arrives damaged? +
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at creoart3d@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve it quickly.
What if my package is lost in transit? +
If your tracking appears stalled or your package seems lost, contact us and we’ll help review the shipment status and next steps.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address? +
Please contact us as quickly as possible if you need to update your shipping address. If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to make the change.
